Paige Green is a Manager at Butterfly on Butterfly’s Portfolio Operations Team. In this role, she is responsible for supporting Butterfly portfolio company management teams in the identification, design, and delivery of long-term value creation.
Prior to joining Butterfly, Paige worked in the Retail & Consumer Products practice at L.E.K. Consulting where she where she primarily focused on long-term strategy and commercial due diligence projects for corporate and private equity clients.
Earlier in her career, Paige worked in brand management and sales at Unilever where she worked across a broad portfolio of food and beverage and beauty brands. Her expertise includes strategic planning, brand building, innovation and product launches, sales, and operations. Paige graduated with high distinction from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).
