Matthieu Picard is an Associate on Butterfly’s Portfolio Operations Team. In this role, he is responsible for supporting Butterfly portfolio company management teams in the identification, design, and delivery of long-term value creation.
Prior to joining Butterfly, Matthieu worked with Boston Consulting Group where he primarily focused on serving strategic and private equity clients in the retail, industrial and consumer sectors. His experience included a secondment supporting operational transformation initiatives for a PE-sponsored beverage brand. Matthieu graduated from Indiana University as a William R. Fry scholar with a Bachelor of Science in Economic Consulting and Business Analytics and a minor in French.
