David Yan is an Associate at Butterfly and is responsible for all aspects of private equity investments, including due diligence, transaction execution and investment monitoring.
Prior to joining Butterfly, Mr. Yan worked at J.P. Morgan within the Healthcare Investment Banking practice. Mr. Yan graduated summa cum laude from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
